Meet the Crew

Meet Colby! Colby grew up in Rushville, MO and attended college at Kansas State University. She received a degree in Agricultural Business with a certificate in strategic selling. Here at Atha Bros Ag, Colby is head of marketing and communications as well as an in-house crop insurance representative! Colby and her husband Austin have one son. 

Meet Colby! Colby grew up in Jefferson, Iowa, and holds an associate's degree in Heavy Equipment Operations from Northwest Iowa Community College (NWICC). He also completed environmental courses at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In his free time, Colby enjoys attending rodeos, hunting, fishing, woodworking, and spending time with his girlfriend, Josie. They currently live in Cameron, Missouri, with their chocolate lab, Chloe. Colby works as our Sales Agronomist and is happy to assist you with soil fertility, plant nutrients, seeds, chemicals, and fertilizers.

Meet Dylan! Dylan grew up in Liberty, MO and attended college at NWMSU. He graduated with a degree in Agricultural Science with an emphasis in Agronomy. Dylan is married to his wife, Cassidy, and they reside in Smithville, MO. Dylan manages the warehouse, assists in logistics/inventory, and is an in-house crop insurance representative!

Meet Reece, our agricultural equipment technician. Reece is from Denton, KS. You will most likely find Reece in the shop working hard on fixing something or hanging out on a beach vacation.

Meet Morgann!  Morgann grew up in St. Joseph, MO and attended Missouri Western State University. For 18 years, Morgann managed multiple, successful businesses in the food and beverage industry. Now, Morgann is head of our accounting operations and assists in inventory management.

Meet Ben! Ben was born in Colorado and moved to Missouri when he was a child and has called it home ever since. Ben attended college in Milford, Nebraska for John Deere Construction and Forestry. A former John Deere employee, Ben is a professional at providing the technical expertise and hands-on skills to keep us up and running. Ben and his wife Abby have one daughter and triplet boys.
